Bug Description
At some stage last week nova started failing to boot baremetal instances, from the looks of it they are being filtered out by the compute_
This workaround resolves the problem

Although its probably not the correct fix,
I think the problem was caused by this merge https:/
as cap.cpu_arch doesn't exist

I've confirmed this is broken but not yet confirmed that reverting that commit fixes it.
