Bug Description
The 'authserver' is an internal XML-RPC server that, among other things, handles authentication. It also provides an interface for downloading and creating branches. We should
a) pick a new name for it
b) rename it

actually, the authserver will be going away, to be replaced by an internal-facing launchpad http server
