Example:
Order Updated
• State Of Document: On Approval → Approved
Message subtype (Order Updated) and changed value of field (State of Document) posts in english even if translations available.

Small addition:
On document creation Message subtype and tracked field are posted in translated form.
Problem occurs when changes are made.
