"Triaged" bugs do not appear in standard searches

Bug Description
With the new bug status Triaged, bugs will seem to disappear when they are triaged since Triaged is not set for standard searches. This makes Triaged a very dangerous status to use as people (devs, reporters, and triagers) will generally not see them. This will result in bugs not getting fixed, duplicate bugs getting reported, and incorrect triaging.
The consensus on #ubuntu-motu is to not use this feature until the problem is fixed.
