At session start it always alert me: "system updated"

Bug Description

Since last update of update system, every time I start my Unity session, "update-notifier" alerts me about "system updated" directly without show me any package to update.

This dialog just means that there are no updates for system available at this point in time.

And why this message is shown, without making any updates, every time I enter my session, since a few days?

Today I've enter in my Unity session and it shows the message: "system updated", but several minutes after it shows another window with pending updates.

gsettings list-recursively com.ubuntu.update-notifier
