Bug Description

on mako, switching the camera-app to video mode and hitting record causes the camera-app to hang.

Video recording is broken because of the audio stack switch.
No idea if that will be fixed for 13.10

needs to get fixed lower in the stack. this broke when we moved to pulseaudio.

Video recording landed in the camera app in the store but it's broken:-

The app also locks up if you switch between photo and video and then try and take a photo.

This should be fixed with Jim's updates to camera-app that adds the 'video_files' policy group.
