compiz seg-faults on starting

Binary package hint: compiz

Compiz faults when starting. effects are enabled but the window-decorations are missing. Happens every time.

I'm using gutsy 2007-06-28 with nvidia-binary driver on a Toshiba Tecra Laptop.
