Bug Description
As of version 2.1.4-0ubuntu1 Evolution stopped to filter new mail,
or appy filters to selected mail in my IMAP account.
Spam shows up again in the Inbox instead of the Junk folder.
Moving the mail to a local folder i can select it and apply filters as well as
filter for junk.

It's not just not working, it's really not working. Here's what I'm seeing:
- All context menu options for filtering by mailing list are gone (Filter on
Mailing List, VFolder on Mailing List).
- Filtering on other fields "works", but the mail goes to the trash folder
rather than where it's supposed to go.
- Dragging a message from one folder to another also results in it going to the
correct destination folder *and* the trash.
So, at least two bugs there, I suppose.
