Sync request pybridge 0.3.0-1 from Debian sid main

Thank you for your report. Unfortunately it's incomplete, could you please follow https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SyncRequestProcess to give all the needed informations ?

I have read SyncRequestProcess, as I understand it extra information would only be needed if the previous ubuntu package had made changes from the debian version. What other information do you need, there are no ubuntu changes that need to be described.

Exemple with no changes in ubuntu version : bug #118534. You have to add the changelog..
