Instead of deliberately crashing if no thumb was generated we now check and exit gracefully

If thumb exists but is invalid it will still crash (and this is intended behaviour so is not a bug)

crashes in tracker-thumbnailer are not fatal to trackerd

Changed in tracker:
status:	New → Fix Committed
