Bug Description

Binary package hint: apport

The url Apport passes to Firefox seems to very often be "file///home/user/https:launchpadurl/%weirdnumber1%weirdnumber2"

So there is a begin of gnome file adress, then the url, then the maunchpad url and then some numbers with a percent sign in front of them. To get it properly work I have to remove the gnome adress and the %numbers.

I am using amd64 version of gutsy

I believe the spaces (% followed by smth.) are the "numbers" part of the problem (they should in fact be there so that the url drives you to the correct bug or whatever). Seems like firefox interprets the url as a relative one (not absolute).

Well there's allready a bug number in what I called "launchpadurl", and when I remove the gnomefs adress and the "weird %numbers" then I get directed to a revelant bug or submit bug page.

bug is still not corrected, it looks like to me as if apport was generating a file named after the url adress and open it in firefox, anyway I have to remove the first part of the url (file///untilbeforehttps) and the last part (the numbers with spaces/%)
