Reset reactor timeout back to 10m on each non-finishing signal

Bug Description

When a reactor gets a signal it's reacting to, delete the previous quit signal and create a new one 10m from now. That way, the reactor only exits when it hasn't heard from the DBus service it's listening to for 10m, not 10m from the start of the reactor loop.
