Bug Description

Hello

the passphrase for HD encryption and LVM is based during the installation process from the LIVE CD with the password entering process first.

This password is then based on the QWERTY-Keybord.
Then the Region and Time is set.

When you reboot the system, the keyboard has changed to e.g. German Layout: QWERTZ, in which Y and Z are swapped.

That means, the password is not accepted.

Solution: Can you swap in the installprocess to set first th keyboard layout and region and THEN offer the LVM / HD encryption?

Otherwise state a note, and include a picture of the current QUERTY and ;:_'*`?ß´+#-., Layout.

This bug is serious, as users will not be able to use it if not discovered or installed twice and encryption matters today.

Thanks
