Langpack does not include kmplayer's translations

Bug Description
Binary package hint: kmplayer
For Gutsy KMplayer switched from "main" to "universe". Thus translations are not handled by Rosetta anymore and no translations get installed by the langpacks. Now the upstream translations should be included in the kmplayer package directly. At the moment no translations get installed at all.
