[regression] Not all click apps in 'More suggestion' have icons

Bug Description

Similar to 1237433 but filing another one because in this new case, some of the apps have icons and others (top of the list) do not. So it seems that previous issue has been partially fixed. Log and screenshot attached

This looks like a data problem.

I can see the icon URL is present in the feed from Software Centre, but not in the results from Click Index. The most likely cause is that the affected packages were indexed during the period when Click Index was using the 64px icon as the default, but Software Centre was only adding a 256px icon.

A simple re-index should fix the data, but I'd prefer to limit it to the affected packages rather than the whole index. I'd suggest the scope have a default icon for packages that don't return one, however.

All affected packages have been re-indexed and are now providing an icon_url. Marked as Fix Released in Click Package Index, but we still need to come up with a default icon story in the scope.
