Xfce Restart button logs me out but does not reboot

Bug Description

I just upgraded from Xubuntu 13.04 to 13.10 (Saucy). Since the upgrade, the Xfce Restart button no longer reboots my machine. Instead, it logs me out and leaves me at the lightdm login screen.
