<video> element doesn't work

Bug Description

The <video> element doesn't seem to work. I suspect that this is just because we aren't building any codecs

It does seem to work for me w/:

http://www.w3.org/2010/05/video/mediaevents.html

which has a <video> html5 tag w/ sources for mp4, webm & ogv (the 2 last ones being provided by default by libffmpeg I think),

Ah, I only tested it on Youtube, which probably wanted the H.264 codec

Oh, actually, it only works when running from the build directory (not from an installed build). I guess we just need to install libffmpegsumo.so
