broke my upgrade and also fails when installing manually, and also prevents me from finishing the upgrade process manually :
 (Reading database ... 133288 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to replace tzdata 2007f-3ubuntu1 (using tzdata_2007f-3ubuntu1_all.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement tzdata ...
Setting up tzdata (2007f-3ubuntu1) ...
