networking is disabled when starting Gutsy

Bug Description

since the update last saturday, when starting gutsy tribe 2, the network is not connecting. I click on the network icon in the bar, the Enable network check mark is on; I turn it off, the icon closes; the clicking again on it and enabling the network it works again.

It is possible to change the status of your own bug report by clicking on the package name, in this case Ubuntu, in the yellow bar and then choosing a different "Status". I'm choosing Invalid as we don't really have enough information to determine what the problem was and how it got fixed. Thanks for taking the time to report this though.

Sorry, this bug was NOT fixed. It's still here. I have it too.

Yes, I have the same bug. Workaround is to disable and enable networking again.
