Track playback while recording only works from the begining of the track

Bug Description
1. Add an instrument and record a track (or import an audio file)
2. Add another instrument, move ahead and try to record there
Jokosher actually records the new track, but the existing track won't be played. When you record the newer track from the beginning, the older track plays OK.
Running Ubuntu Feisty with Jokosher 0.9.
