Bug Description

Conditions:
The network is connected over a bad 3g network

It seems ok that More applications can't be processed, but it also takes down all the installed apps.

It can be easily reproduced while on wifi by changing the nameserver in /etc/resolv.conf to some non dns servers address

The behavior I see is the apps scope shows either all the installed apps, or the first 9 only, and it changes every 10 secs or so without interaction
The More category was removed
