Bug Description
1. Bring Online Accounts pages (accounts-x-x.page - 7 in total ) in-line with other Gnome Control Panel applications, specifically:
.. Steps #1 and #2 for each task page.
2. Update and use legal.xml v.s. inline <license> tag.
.. Copyright declaration is inconsistent across all the help doc. There is an open discussion on the topic. In the mean time, we need to return the accounts files back to using legal.xml for the time being.
3. Update the Makefile.am
.. remove line: figures/
4. Remove excess file (file not longer needed):
.. rm ./ubuntu-
5. Typo and text edits as needed.
