Bug Description
steps to reproduce:
install purchase_
use default configuration for warehouse
configure HEAD-USB as MTO, Buy, Call for bid
Create a Sale order for 1 HEAD-USB
Expected :
1 call for bid generated
Actual:
2 calls for bid are generated linked to the sale order.
