Answer tracker message doesn't match the UI

Bug Description
When viewing a question in the answer tracker the message at the bottom says:
"To confirm an answer, use the 'This Solved My Problem' button located at the bottom of the answer."
The button is actually labeled "Problem Solved". The help message should be changed to match.

I sense trouble with this issue. The button names are too similar and will confuse users who are not paying careful attention.
