Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure the "Desktop" directory does not exist in the user home;
2. Make sure the machine is not connected to the Internet, so that the on-line submit process will fail.
3. hwdb-gui will try to save the data to the "~/Desktop" directory; if the directory does not exist, the data will not be saved;

This could be a real problem with newer release because of xdg-user-dirs as now, Desktop directory is translated into user's locale (Bureau in my case, in French)

Still an issue in Hardy.

The path is hard coded in hwdb-send: "os.system('mv /tmp/'+md5sum[0]+'.xml.bz2 ~/Desktop/')"

There is no error checking either to see if the operation was successeful.
