Bug Description
When updating through the major steps in the process the tool should update the MRs with a comment so that they know where they are in the process. I'm suggesting the following:
* Added to silo: "This MR has been added to silo-01343 here are some links:"
* Marked to publish: "This MR has been requested to be published"
And then it'll get the final state change to "Merged" when it is finally merged into trunk.

Yeah, I think this makes sense as a feature, considering the other CI bot is already doing this.
