Bug Description

Binary package hint: athcool

On http://saf.bio.caltech.edu/saving_power.html#amd_athlon the author mentions a perl script http://saf.bio.caltech.edu/ctrl_athcool.pl that can be used in order to disable power saving on high CPU load and re-enable it as soon as the load drops. Is it possible to add it to the existing athcool package and use it as a wrapper for athcool?
