Bug Description

I've identified various problems in latest xen-3.1 source package :

- FTBFS in pbuilder because of trailing debian/files file.
- /etc/init.d/xendomains fails because of bad LOCKFILE and XENDOM_CONFIG paths.
- pygrub fails because of missing /usr/lib/fs/*/fsimage.so
- PVFB fails because of missing /usr/lib/xen/bin/xen-*fb
- xen-vncfb uses wrong path for accessing keypmaps (/usr/share/xen/qemu instead of /usr/share/xen-ioemu-3.1/qemu)

A patch will follow.

Also, "xm create -c" fails because of missing xenconsole.
