Email address length check seems too short

Bug Description
We check for the length of email address, and the only one so far which has failed that I've seen is '<email address hidden>'. Perhaps we should make the email address check allow addresses which are a bit longer so *we* never fail that test?

There isn't an email address length check per se, however there is a check to make sure the address is of the format: 'Your Name <email address hidden>'. Are you saying that we should allow '<email address hidden>' instead of enforcing 'Ubuntu Core Developers <email address hidden>' (or similar)? We could do that, but precedent in debian/control when using and address like this is to have something more descriptive in front of the email address (like with 'Ubuntu Core Developers', above).
