Bug Description
Binary package hint: openoffice.org
Dapper, Edgy, Feisty;
Create a document that has two separate sets of bullets separated by a paragraph.
Example in ascii:
* Bullet set here
* Second bullet
Paragraph here
* Second set here
* Fourth overall bullet
Now try and use OpenOffice.org using your keyboard only. The default settings make it impossible to begin typing because the "Bullets and Numbering" dialogue pops up, taking focus away from the keyboard cursor. These are the default settings for the program, making the use of the mouse a necessity (or at least, a hotkey to bring focus back which is unknown to me at the moment).
To me, this is an accessibility issue and should be placed upstream as well. A user should not be forced to use a peripheral he or she does not have. What about people that are unable to use the common mouse and keyboard too?
Thanks for your time.

I agree completely. I only just ran into this, but my instant reaction was "how annoying is that!".
Never mind being an accessibility problem, it's a huge usability problem. You can't read the document in a traditional way, using the cursor keys to navigate downward at your reading pace, because if the cursor pauses on a stretch of bullets, you have to click in the editing area to get the focus back.
