Bug Description

From here: https://docs.google.com/a/canonical.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AnhaJaYdDD6udHN1V1owS1ZLc2xFZkxZNmhGaFEwTlE#gid=2

Steps to reproduce:

Flash a supported device with the current MWC demo image (https://wiki.canonical.com/JohnMcAleely/MWCDemoNotes)

(For Manta, It will probably fail to push the video content. That doesn't matter for this bug)

Boot device
Dismiss greeter, with 'tap to unlock'

Navigate to the 'Music' scope

Observe that the music is not always displayed.

If the music is displayed, restart the phone. On an intermittent basis the music will not appear (this will be problematic at MWC, where we anticipate restarting the phones to reset them to a known state after they have been in use by the visitors for a while).

Note that after flashing the image, the music is always missing until the first reboot. This is much less important, since rebooting after flashing is easy.

The same is now happening with video. The carrousel only comes up when searching, and online results are difficult to get working

I created a MR that should help with this issue. Would it be possible for someone who has the issue to check if it fixes the issue for them:

In addition to Jussi's fix we need to react to the invalidate signal in the dash.

This should be fully working now, please reopen if your device disagrees.
