import python-lirc depends from Debian

Binary package hint: elisa

python-lirc is needed for remote controls support through LIRC.

The Debian Sid upload is pending:

As this package is important for the Ubuntu Media Center distribution in general, and for LIRC project particularly, does somebody have any news about the integration of this package into gutsy repository ? We hope to have it in time for the future release of Ubuntu Gutsy... ;)
