Merge ripperx 2.7.0 (universe) from Debian (unstable)

The desktop file does not validate. I get the following from desktop-file-validate:
ripperx.desktop: warning: key "Encoding" in group "Desktop Entry" is deprecated
ripperx.desktop: warning: value "Application;AudioVideo;Audio;" for key "Categories" in group "Desktop Entry" contains a deprecated value "Application"

Plesae read the Desktop entry specification at the URL below, and make
any necessary changes. Once done, upload a new debdiff, and re-subscribe
ubuntu-universe-sponsors.

Update debdiff, removing "Application" from Categories and "Encoding" in group "Desktop Entry".
