Also frequence scaling is on 800MHZ and should bu 1800MHZ

Did you really install the -386 kernel? If so, it is uniprocessor only. You should install the -generic kernel in order to get SMP and ACPI. If you have problems booting the -generic kernel, see LP #121111.
