Bug Description

Binary package hint: synaptic

first of all: sorry for my bad english

in Ubuntu 7.04 amd64 alternate installation
in fresh state at now 20070726

I get the following error:

-I run Synaptic
-select packages (kde desktop)
-I apply settings
-Synaptic needs the installation media (CD-ROM)
-I put the CD into the optical drive
-Synaptic mount it first to /dev/scd0 (SATA drive)
-And automatic mount shows an error dialog with similar message:
"Cannot mount CD-ROM"

:)

This is a very small error, but error.

I not modify the settings of automatic mount. On installation default. (fault?)

Oops, I think badly:

/dev/scd0 on /media/cdrom0 type iso9660 (ro,noexec,nosuid,nodev)

This mount is created because exist a line for my "/dev/scd0" in "/etc/fstab"

But the message is annoying.
