     - Removed. Applied upstream.

     - Don't fail to start if dhcdbd is already running.
   * debian/dhcdbd.preinst
     - Do not parse /var/lib/dpkg/status directly but use dpkg-query instead.

the version in Ubuntu has local changes (the version number suggests that: 2.0-5ubuntu1); that cannot be a sync, but a merge, unless the changes can be dropped. please review.
