No need to link to external F-Spot documentation

Bug Description

Currently Ubuntu Desktop Guides links to external F-Spot's User Guide located at f-spot.org, but the version of F-Spot that is shipped with Feisty (and Gutsy) already has internal help available via Yelp. Thus it would be logical to load local copy of documentation instead.
