search box on help.launchpad.net doesn't work

On https://help.launchpad.net/ the top right search box redirects to https://help.launchpad.net/+search which doesn't exist.

This box should either point [[TitleSearch]] or +search should contain a link to [[FindPage]] because now it's just an empty page. (which I can't change because I don't have the rights)

Expected results:
searching in titles of content on help.launchpad.net OR searching in fulltext on the same content.

Real results:
A message about it being an empty page, trying to then follow the invitation to create it will result in a "you don't have the rights" message.
