Bug Description
With Internet Explorer 9, when opening the calendar view the calendar is not correcly rendered.
But the calendar is rendered correctly if the window is resized or if we switch to 'week' then to 'month' again.
Scenario:
With IE9 and the event module.
1/ Open the event with the calendar view
2/ The calendar is not rendered correctly.
3/ Resize the browser window
4/ The calendar is rendered correctly.
