Bug Description

When I upgraded from Ubuntu 10.04 LTS server-> 12.04 LTS server a problem occurred with installing apache
I started the upgrade with the command: do-release-upgrade

Since it seems likely to me that this is a local configuration problem, rather than a bug in Ubuntu, I'm marking this bug as Incomplete.
