Does the bug persist for you with more recent versions of Wine and/or ies4linux? It doesn't show here with ies4linux 2.99.0.1 and wine 0.9.58.

One more: it seems you started IEXPLORE form the command line. Use 'ie6'. (ies4linux and native wine don't go together very well.)

Some time ago I switched to Debian and wine (0.9.58-1) works fine.

Thank you for reporting. I'm going to mark old Wine crashes as invalid due to all the changes that have undergone in the new Wine package in Ubuntu 8.04. If you are still experiencing the same problem after upgrading, please open a new bug or reopen this one. Thank you.
