Bug Description

A few times now I was surprised to see my Nexus 7 powered down completely, with plenty of battery left.

rsalveti noticed the same, ogra suspected his only doing that when charging, temperature is a suspect, but mine wasn't charging when it happened and dmesg doesn't seem to report anything alarming.

It seems the battery was completely full:

Last message happened when the device was waking up from suspend, and you can also see that rsyslogd was terminated (happens when halting the system):
517628 Mar 18 12:34:14 ubuntu-phablet kernel: [ 1483.564665] PM: Finishing wakeup.
517629 Mar 18 12:34:14 ubuntu-phablet rsyslogd: [origin software="rsyslogd" swVersion="7.4.4" x-pid="665" x-info="http://www.rsyslog.com"] exiting on signal 15.

Boot reason was also fine (bootreason=Reboot), so not caused by a possible charging-only boot state.
