Scopes scope is changing the presentation of the results produced by the server

There is code in the scopes scope remove duplicate results (matching on the scope ID). However, it only waits a second for results from the remote scopes scope. If we're seeing local results first (as in the second screenshot), this probably means that the remote scope took longer than this timeout.

I'm not sure what the best solution here is. The longer we set the timeout, the longer the user may go without seeing any results to their search.

We couldn't reproduce the second screenshot in a real tablet, so we're probably ok regarding the order.

Let's focus on the "duplicate" issue for now: we shouldn't have them even if they appear after the remote results.

Michal identified the cause of the duplicate results, which should get fixed by lp:~jamesh/unity-scope-scopes/remove-duplicate-results

Saw this branch working in Michal's phone, have two issues now:

- not all the recommendations are shown: there's only one eBay (it should be two)

- the subtitles are changed.

This is now fixed on the lastest release. I see multiple results for the eBay scope with the correct sub titles, and I can preview and activate both of them (it isn't clear that the shell is doing anything with the department ID in the canned search though).
