We may want to make launchpad-developer-dependencies depend on
python-codespeak-lib if we're worried about having it installed in our
appservers. All PQM boxes will have to install
launchpad-developer-dependencies if we do that, though.

We should probably check with the sysadmins to see what they prefer.

Have checked with SysAdmins, and they'd prefer to have this installed as part of launchpad-developer-dependencies as you suggested.
