Got this error just by double-clicking an *.ogg file.
I can open this file only by right-clicking and selecting a program from the list; for instance "open with movie player"

Experiencing exactly the same problem here as what Elmer van Baal described.

There is a difference between fix committed and fix released. You have to wait until it is released.
