[gutsy tribe 3] Evolution preferences window too tall on 1280x800 resolution

Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution

When creating and editing accounts in Evolution (gutsy tribe 3) the preferences window is too tall for a 1280x800 resolution, even when it doesn't need to be. Attached is a screenshot of a window that does not require the height, yet it's being used anyway.

I am familiar with the keyboard shortcut of alt-click to move a window from a place other than the top-bar, but I'm sure many users do not and it is inconvenient.

Same problem in Feisty 7.04 using 1024*768 resolution..lots of white space and 'close' button disappears behind bottom panel. The window cannot resize any smaller than this apparently..
