[gusty] Atheros chipset wireless card disconnecting with FIFO overrun

Bug Description

using gusty amd64 on opteron 170 with a8n-sli motherboard and dlink DWL-G520 desktop card
Network connecting using the KDE network manager on a WEP enabled network.
Network would frequently die with this in dmesg:
[ 1130.250863] wifi0: rx FIFO overrun; resetting

This is my first bug report so let me know if anything else is needed from me.
