Please include as attachments the following additional information, if you have not already done so (please pay attention to lspci's additional options), as required by the Ubuntu Kernel Team:
1. Please include the output of the command 'uname -a' in your next response. It should be one, long line of text which includes the exact kernel version you're running, as well as the CPU architecture.
2. Please run the command 'dmesg > dmesg.log' and attach the resulting file 'dmesg.log' to this bug report.
3. Please run the command 'sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log' and attach the resulting file 'lspci-vvnn.log' to this bug report.
4. Please run the command 'sudo dmidecode > dmidecode.log' and attach the resulting file 'dmidecode.log' to this bug report.
5. Please also add your '/var/log/kern.log.0' file as an attachment to your bug report after failing to hibernate.
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for reminding. But the bug cannot be reproduced now. Maybe some
packages have been upgraded on the test box. There will be some text
message shown after select to "hibernate", but this should be a less
important bug.

So can we close this bug and open an appropriate bug for the less important bug you are now seeing?

Yes. I verified in Tribe 4. We can close this bug.

When Tribe 4 hibernating on another system in our lab (a pre released
system), it will show text messages and a changing save-to-disk
percentage, but on Santa Rosa it will only show text messages but not
the changing percentage. Maybe this is only a feature need to be added
(feature enhancement), but not a bug.
