First character in menu items should not be underlined

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

On gutsy tribe 3 live cd, all the menu items have their first letter underlined. Underlining a letter of a menu item is useful when the menu item can be used by pressing that key on the keyboard, but in the menu there are often several menu items starting with the same letter. Just underlining every menu item's first letter is not useful.

Sure, here it is. Two underlined C's, 3 D's and 4 T's in one submenu.

What version of libgtk2.0-0 do you use? That should be fixed with the current gutsy one
