_make_production_consume_line immetiately confirms stock move created

Bug Description

In _make_production_consume_line, action_confirm is called on every single stock move created. I propose making that optional (defaulting to True) so that we can to this for all moves at once in the mo's action_confirm. This gives me a major performance boost with a some hundreds of products mo.

Indeed, this is a nice optimization. Parameter is not really needed even.
